We want to welcome you to “Serviis” which is owned by Digital Knights FZE. “Serviis” is the leading Web and Mobile Application that can help you to hire the best professionals around you, for whatever project you have in mind.
The terms and conditions set forth below ("Terms of Use" or “Terms and Conditions“) and the Privacy Policy (as defined below) constitute a legally-binding agreement between Digital Knights Ltd ("Serviis" or “Digital Knights”), and you.
The following terms will have specific meanings for each user unless otherwise is stated clearly in the text:
“Serviis Website/ Website/ Serviis application / application / Serviis platform/platform means Serviis’s website page (www.serviis.com) or the applications and all pages, links and related tools.
“User” means any person who uses the “website or application” and then browses or downloads all the available information or part of it, or uses the available services in the “website” in any way, including but not limited to service providers (or “Professionals”) and customers.
“User agreement” means agreement with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of “Serviis Website/ application”.
“The Company” means Digital Knights FZE (Hereinafter “The Company”)
“Job” means the services listed, offered and provided by service providers, or requested and received by customers through Serviis platform.
These Terms and Conditions contain provisions that define users’ limits, legal rights and obligations with respect to your use of and participation in (i) the Serviis Website and mobile application, including the classified advertisements, forums, various email functions and Internet links, and all content and Serviis services available through the domain and sub-domains of Serviis located at www.serviis.com (collectively referred to herein as the "Website"), and (ii) the online transactions between those users of the Website who are offering services (each, a "Professional") and those users of the Website who are obtaining services (each, a "Customer") through the Website (such services, collectively, the "Services").
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Your use of “Serviis’ application” means that you agree on the terms and conditions of the user agreement which includes all the details below and any adjustments that follow. The “User agreement” is considered to be valid once you confirm your registration to the “application” / “website”.
You acknowledge that the Website serves as a venue for the online distribution and publication of user submitted information between Professionals and Customers, and, by using, visiting, registering for, and/or otherwise participating in this Website, including the Services presented, promoted, and displayed on the Website, and by clicking on "I agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy." you hereby certify that:
you are either a Professional or a prospective Customer;
you have the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions;
you authorize the transfer of payment for Services requested through the use of the Website; and
you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions and any other documents incorporated by reference herein.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, you should not use the platform and not click to affirm your acceptance thereof, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using the Website. If you do not agree to any of the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions, kindly discontinue viewing or participating in this Website immediately.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between user and the platform.
Changes in Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the sole right to update, integrate and modify, in whole or in part, at any time these Terms and each of these documents to be retrieved, including the Privacy Policy (herein after the "Privacy Policy").
For this reason, we encourage you to periodically read the same, except that we will do what is reasonably necessary and appropriate to bring to your knowledge, through the same Website, any change in the General Conditions and / or its services, according as indicated below.
Changes and updates to the Terms and Conditions, and / or its services will be effective upon posting on the Website shall be deemed accepted by the users who access and use the Website after the fact of publication of the change on the Website.
If you do not agree with the changes made, please do not use the Website and, in case you made the registration to the Website as a Customer or Professional, you can also proceed to the cancellation of your profile by requesting the cancellation to Serviis.
Services
The services offered through the application are specifically designed to:
"Customer" or any natural and / or legal person in need of the intervention of a Professional for the performance of any of the services offered by registered professionals on the Website;
"Service Provider or Professional", i.e. any natural and / or legal person carrying out professionally any of the activities promoted on the Website and that it is registered as such on Serviis in order to carry out these services for customers.
The services provided by Serviis consist of a digital marketplace (hereinafter, the "Services"), including web and applications, for home, professional, entertainment, wellness and event services whereby customers can post a job request for their projects, and services providers can submit their quotes on projects where they have the required skills.
Requirements for using Serviis
The Website and the Services are intended for users who have completed 18 (eighteen) years of age, with power and full ability to validly enter into agreements for the provision of services in the manner described below.
At the time of registration to the Website/application and, later, using the Services, you guarantee to be of age 18+ and to have the power and the full capacity to validly enter into agreements. You further agree that the personal data provided is true, correct, updated, referring to you personally, assuming all liability for the correctness and accuracy of information provided. If there were to be changes in the data provided at the time of registration, it will be solely your responsibility to inform us of the updates as soon as possible.
It should be also remembered that the identity of users is an essential aspect for the community of Serviis. Serviis treats with great respect the identity of users and demands the same level of respect from the users of the community of Serviis.
Registration to Serviis
To take advantage of the services offered, you are required to register on the Website/Application (hereinafter, the "Registration"), as a Customer or as a Professional, providing some personal information, indicating a valid e-mail account and creating your own personal account (hereinafter, the "profile").
During the registration, the user will have the right to register as:
Customer - in order to (Hereinafter the "Customer Service"):
Publish on the Website requests for the provision of certain services in order to get in touch with available Professionals;
Evaluate the estimates/quotes received by individual Professionals;
Choosing your Professional;
Leave a review on the Professional Profile who has done a service to the Customer; Communicate with other members using Serviis.
Professional - in order to (Hereinafter , the " Professional" service ):
Receive requests from the Customer for the provision of certain services ;
Evaluate which of the requests sent by customers to answer ;
Buy credits to submit a quotes;
Send quotes to customers and agree on times and procedures for the execution of the services ;
Respond to requests published by the Customers by accessing the chat available on Serviis;
Communicate with other Members using Serviis.
Following the completion of registration (hereinafter also referred to as the "User"), you can at any time access to your profile to update or change the data entered, including information related to your preferences. It is understood that you will be solely responsible for the veracity and updating of this information. In case you do not complete the registration process after providing the e-mail address and / or other data required, you will receive a limited number of communications that will invite you to complete the registration process and will describe the service for which the registration process has been initiated. In any case, you can cancel at any time the data provided by writing to support@serviis.com with the subject "registration problem."
The user who uses the services will endeavor to provide a valid email account, which ensures that you have legitimately and which regularly accesses.
The User also undertakes to promptly update his/her email address used to register its profile in case of email variation. Profiles registered with the email address belonging to different subjects by the Registered User or with temporary email addresses may be canceled by the Company without notice.
The Company also reserves the right to validate the profiles of users for the purpose of service delivery where the Company has reason to believe that email addresses given are not valid.
The User may at any time request his/her own profile to be cancelled by sending a request to Serviis help desk support@serviis.com .
It is agreed that the request for cancellation of your profile as a Professional determine the loss of purchased credits, without any right to reimbursement.
The navigation of some sections of the Website can also be accessed by non-registered users to the Website, without any charge.
Terms of Use
The provisions laid down therein are rules of conduct and guidelines created to keep Serviis a safe and pleasant platform to do business. As a user, it is your responsibility to read and understand, in particular, this section of the Terms of Use, as well as applicable laws and regulations referred to herein.
This section has the aim of reducing risks for customers and professionals; providing equal opportunity to all registered professionals; making request and preparation of estimates a funny activity; upholding to the values of the Serviis community.
Customer obligations - the Customer shall be entitled to:
Publish job requests for the conduct of any of the services available on the platform ;
Cancel quote requests published on the platform;
Submit reviews of the job performed by the service provider;
Accept or decline estimates received from Professionals with no charges.
The Customer agrees not to publish (i) on the Website quotation requests without being willing to receive the services described in the request or (ii) in other sections or pages of the Website which does not specifically intended for these purposes.
Service provider obligations - the service provider shall be entitled to:
Purchase credits in order to submit quotes;
Submit quotes for job requests which are aligned to the service provider’s skills;
Submit reviews on the customers.
The Professional is committed to act and to carry out the services required by customers in a professional way and observing the best practices in the industry, in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. In particular, when delivering the services required by the customer, the Professional represent and warrant that he/she has the knowledge, organization, organizational skills, also in terms of technical resources necessary to ensure the effective performance of the services required according to the guidelines agreed upon with the customer, while also ensuring, in any case, the capacity and expertise of the staff and third parties of which the Professional were to exercise.
Where the Professional does not guarantee a high level of satisfaction of customers served, the Company shall have the right to suspend or cancel the Professional Profile of the Website, by written notice to the email address provided during the Registration.
It is understood that the level of satisfaction of customers is assessed by (i) the Customer Reviews on the Website and (ii) the claims and disputes initiated against the Professionals for services not provided or not provided in accordance with the directives agreed with the Client or otherwise not in accordance with the description provided by the Professional at the time of submission of the estimate, (i) and (ii) received by the Professional in the last 180 (one hundred eighty) days.
In order to allow to professionals to get the most benefit and use of the Services, Serviis below lists some strategies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction:
Accurately describe the conditions, price, timing and quality of the service offered in the budget;
Respect the terms of the initial payment by accepting payment for the service in the terms and conditions specified in the budget;
Following the acceptance of the quotation by the customer, contact quickly the Client in order to agree timing and conditions for the execution of the service;
Respond quickly and professionally to all questions of the customer;
Carry out the services required by the customer as a result of the estimate at the time and place agreed upon subject to the right to refuse the execution of their performance only in the case of (i) breach of the Customer or (ii) inability to ascertain the identity of the customer (ie the data provided at the time of acceptance of the quotation, such as exemplified Website and address for the performance of the service or telephone number, are false and / or inaccurate);
Do not post content in a different category or not appropriate sections of our Website;
Do not manipulate the price of services to the same customer or to practice acts of unfair competition against other professionals who offer identical or similar services.
Submitting quotes
Professional agrees to send to customers quotes that contain the following minimum information: main features of the service; total price of the service with evidence of charges and additional costs; timing. Professional has then the right to indicate in the quote all the additional information that it considers appropriate for the provision of its services.
Payments and credits
The use of this service, and therefore the access to the appropriate chat available on Serviis platform in order to send quotes and agree on times and procedures for the execution of the services, requires the service provider to purchase credits (hereinafter "credits"), in order to bid for a specific job request.
The Company shall be entitled to give to professionals free credits (the " Free Credits ").
In no event shall the Professional will be entitled to reimbursement of free credits and thus even in the case of (i) cancellation of the Profile upon direct request of the Professional or ( ii ) the suspension or cancellation of the profile of the Company to refer the matter to one of the cases referred below.
The payment for the purchase of credits (the "Price ") is published at the time of purchase.
It is understood that the Company shall have the right to vary the Fees for the purchase of credits , even temporarily for promotional events or for the promotion of new services or categories of services offered by Professionals.
Changes for the purchase of credits will be valid from the date of publication on the Website.
The Consideration shall be expressed in Saudi Arabian Ryals (SAR), US dollars (US$) and Arab Emirates dirham (AED)
Payments shall be made in Saudi Ryals (SR) or US Dollars (US$) or Arab Emirates dirham (AED) using one of the payment methods accepted by the platform.
The Professional guarantees to the Company to dispose of any authorizations necessary to use a payment instrument specified in the payment phase.
Data for the payment will be taken through a secure server-to-server connection by using the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer).
Payments will be available also via bank transfer and by cash. In case of payment by bank transfer the Professional will receive Company bank account details and is responsible of indicating his/her Serviis Profile name in the Reason for Payment of the transfer. Once the Company receives the payment, credits will be added to Professional's Serviis account.
In case of payments on cash, the Professional will be asked to visit one of the deputated offices of the Company in order to proceed to the payment. Once the payment is completed, credits will be added to Professional's Serviis account.
Feedback and Reviews
Review (the "Review") is a valuable tool to build the reputation of Customers and Professionals.
For each Professional within his/her profile, there is a section that contains all the reviews, including their scores and comments, the Users with which the user interacted.
For this reason we encourage users to be very careful and use common sense when you leave a review. What users write will remain permanently on the Professional or on the Customer Profile with whom you interacted with you placed your transaction.
The Serviis rules on the Review are designed to create business relationships based on trust and mutual respect. However, to ensure proper use and no abuse of the system of reviews should be followed a few basic rules. In particular, the User agrees not to:
Use the Review Service for ransom (eg. Threaten to leave a negative or neutral review, unless the other party provide goods and services not included in the listing);
Use the Review Service for purposes other than those permitted under this Article.
Manipulate Reviews (eg. To leave or receive a review in order to artificially enhance the reputation of another user);
Prevent, directly or indirectly, to another user to leave a review (eg. To include in the quote or in the conditions of sale any indication that prevents the customer to leave a review).
General Provisions for Users
The user is obliged to keep the access credentials to his/her private profile and is responsible for any use of the Website to be done by anyone who accesses using its credentials. The user also agrees to notify the Company immediately in case of suspected violation of the security of your profile by writing to support@serviis.com
The User is obliged to make use of the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and not to violate any rights of third parties or use inappropriately Services or unseemly (eg. Carry out spamming, upload the network obscene content and / or blasphemous and / or slanderous and / or against the morals and / or public order).
You agree not to use the Website or its related services for illegal purposes or not covered in these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the Website or its related services in order to damage or otherwise impair the Website or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Website and related services by other users. In particular, the user agrees not to:
Use our Website or our services if you have been suspended temporarily or permanently from our Website;
Publish false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous (including personal and company information);
Publish information that is of a political nature and is critical for public employees;
Publish information that is of religious nature and in any way derogatory towards any religion;
Transfer your account (including feedback) to others without our express permission, or create a new account in order to request services or provide services in order to circumvent restrictions and / or limitations imposed by these General Conditions or by the Company;
Manually or automatically or in any way gather information about users, including email addresses, without their express consent;
Manually or automatically collect or in any way information and / or data uploaded to the Website;
Solicit the sale of goods and services, except when posted in the designated section of the platform
Publish on the web pages accessible to the public contact information of other Users or third parties;
Use Serviis to perform acts still illegal at the expense of natural or legal persons (including the rights of copyright or confidentiality);
Violate any applicable international, national patent, trademark and intellectual property laws;
Contain any material related to terrorist and supporting acts;
not publish contents or damaging to third, child pornography, violent, obscene, racist, defamatory, contrary to public policy;
Use Serviis to transmit advertising material and / or promotional material without the prior consent of the Company;
Take any action that (in our sole discretion) may cause an unreasonable surge of activity of our technological infrastructure and of our system;
Circumvent our tools to the exclusion of the automatic search engine systems (robot) or other procedures adopted by Serviis to prevent or limit access to the Website;
Spread viruses or other software intended to damage the Website or prevent its use by Users;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, the server on which the platform is stored or any server or database connected to the platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
The property rights of the content, including text, photographs and other materials published on the Website by you ( "Content") are owned by the User who carried out the load via his/her account. The User is therefore solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, correctness and update of such Content as well as all the consequences of their publication on the Website. The Company disclaims any liability with regard to such Content, their privacy, publication and dissemination.
You acknowledge and warrant for publication of the content:
be in possession of permits, licenses, rights and / or permissions to upload content to the Website;
not post any material subject to third party proprietary rights without being licensed and / or formal permission of the owner;
not post any content that infringes any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions; do not post links to third party Websites.
The Company does not endorse any content, opinion, judgment, opinion, view and recommendation User expressly declines any responsibility.
It is agreed that the Company is not in any way be identified as the author of the Content or expressions / feedback uploaded to the Website by you. The Company will not make any preventive control, sifting or examination of such Content, however, reserving the right to remove, at any time, without notice and at its discretion, the contents and the above expressions / feedback, also the subject of reviews, which appear not compliance and / or in violation of these General Terms and / or any third party rights.
Each user (including customers and service providers) renounce on claims, rights and actions against the Company in relation to the contents, including the Review, which also cover, even in part, the spread of inaccurate, incomplete, false and / or otherwise violating their rights or third.
Upon publication of Content on the Website, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, without territorial restrictions to use, reproduce, distribute, transfer to third parties, sub-license, view the contents, including in relation to the provision services by Serviis as well as in the services and commercial activities and / or advertising of the Company, including, without limitation, the promotion and redistribution of all or part of the Website, in any format and through any distribution channel.
The Company is the exclusive owner of the "Serviis" brand and the serviis.com domain names (hereinafter collectively "Domain Names"). No use of the Serviis brand and the Domain Name is permitted, without the written authorization of the Company.
The Company is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website, including, without limitation, content, text, designs, databases, know-how, software, data and information contained in or connected to the same other than content (hereinafter, "IP Serviis" altogether). The Company does not grant any license to Users in relation to Serviis IP.
You acknowledge that, except for the strictly necessary steps to make your use of the Services to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, perform framing and / or scraping, resale, exploitation in any form, either against payment or free of charge, for private or commercial purposes, all or individual parts of the Website without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited and will be considered for all legal purposes violation of legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
Any use of the Website for purposes and / or in different ways from those indicated in these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be not authorized by the Company.

Serviis Abuse - Suspension of Services, Cancellation Profile
The Company and the user community work together to keep Serviis and our services optimally also in order to ensure the safety of the user community itself. Serviis encourages user to notify us of any problems encountered in the use of the Website and the Services, such as, but not limited to, offensive content and / or violations of the provisions of these General Conditions.
The Company, at its discretion and depending on the gravity of the offense, will have the right to suspend or terminate the User's profile, delete the saved contents or suspend loading more contents, or prohibit access to the Website by written notice to User in the event of a breach by User of the obligations set under the above items (Email, Customer Obligations, Payments, Quotes, Professional Obligation, Intellectual property rights.
In any case the Company has the right to take all further measures considered appropriate depending on the severity of the violation, including the right to prosecute any unauthorized use or infringement of the law, in any court of civil and criminal.

Termination of Services
Access to the Website may be interrupted in case of technical problems or to ensure its maintenance. Of such breaks will be given, if possible, the communication on the Website. At any time the Company may make improvements and / or changes to the Website and Services if this is necessary for technical reasons or in order to comply with local regulations.
The Company reserves the right to finally cease, in whole or in part, the performance of the Services at any time with reasonable notice in order to allow users to run services still ongoing. In such circumstances, the company will give timely notice to you via e-mail and through a notice on the Website.
The Company is autonomous and independent by the Members who make use of the services offered through the Website. Use of the Services by the Users does not determine the occurrence of any relationship, such as, but not limited to, partnership, agency, association brokerage or employment between the Company and the User.
Privacy Policy
This provision explains to users how their information are collected, stored and used by the company. The Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
All data provided to the company when user access and use the platform are collected and stored by us. The platform will gather only the information which is necessary to perform our activities and are required by local regulations and laws.
The information collected may be used for the following reasons
For the purposes for which you provided it;
Avoid comments and ratings being posted on the platform are misused;
Ensures users can have access and use the platform;
Respond to your inquiries and customer support;
Process billing and payment including sharing with third-party payment gateways and service providers;
Administer surveys, promotions, or contests;
Tailor the information you receive from our platform;
Perform statistics on our platform, internet trends, and services’ trends and other market analysis;
Contact you by email and telephone regarding any matter relevant to the use of the platform and promote services you may need;
Resolve potential disputes, resolve customers support, troubleshoot problems and enforce terms and conditions;
Improve and maintain the Platform and for product development;
User may contact Serviis to request access to any information that we hold about users, and to request changes if you consider them inaccurate, or request to be unsubscribe and your personal data to be removed from the platform.
Serviis may be requested to disclose your personal information if we are requested by law or in response to legally compliant request by the law enforcement authorities.
Debit and Credit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared rente or leased to any third parties.
The Company will process the personal data of users in accordance with regulations regarding privacy as defined in detail in the "Privacy Policy ".
Company Responsibility and Liabilities
The activity carried out by the Company as part of the services is exclusively offering a platform (including web, mobile and application) where customers can find the Professional considered more suitable for their projects and through which the Professional may consequently submit a quote for the project and, if selected, supply of its services. In particular, the User acknowledges that Serviis is not an "auctioneer" in the traditional sense: the platform is simply a place where anyone can describe personal projects and request quotations relating to the categories defined by Serviis, and where professionals can prepare and submit quotes and make offers to provide the services required, at any time, from anywhere on the Internet, in any place, and in different ways.
The company is not responsible in any way and excludes any liability for the following:
The completeness, truthfulness, existence and accuracy of the content uploaded by the users;
The reviews and ratings displayed on the platform;
The quotes and offers submitted by the service providers;
The skills and professionalism of service providers in providing the services mentioned or to perform them in the manner agreed with the Customer;
The failure or delay or incomplete payment by the customer of the fees due in respect of services provided by the service providers;
Any unlawful actions performed by the service providers, before during and after performing its job;
Any damages procured by the service providers in performing its job;
Any loss of goodwill or business reputation, profit, data, whether it takes the form of direct as well as indirect or consequential damages;
Any loss or damage, direct, indirect or consequential, that the same Users may suffer as a result of the service provided;
Any changes that the Company may make to the Website or Services, or for any permanent or temporary disruption in the supply of the same;
The deletion, corruption or failure to store, any content, as well as data communications, maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the services by the User;
The failure to submit accurate information by the User;
The use and inability to use the platform;
Virus and other technical material that may infect your personal computer, programs and applications.
It is also expressly understood that the user uses the Serviis platform at his/her own risk.
It is in any case also understood that any liability incurred by the Company assessed against (i) the User-Professional or third party shall in no event exceed the Price paid by the Professional in the 12 (twelve) months.
The Company assumes no responsibility for content created or published on third-party Websites with which the Website has a hypertext link ("link") .The Company does not control these links and is not responsible for their contents or their use. The presence of links on Serviis does not imply acceptance by the Company of the material appearing on such web Websites or any other relation between the Company and their administrators. Users who decide to visit a Website linked to the Website do so at his/her own risk and it is your responsibility to take all measures against viruses or other malware.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its shareholders, its management, and its agents harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses as they incurred, including legal fees and disbursements , resulting from the use or misuse of the platform or any of its content, the breach of these terms and conditions, the violation of the property rights, or any disputes between users (including those between customers and service providers) connected to or arising from the platform.
Dispute resolutions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE. Any dispute whatsoever between the company and the users shall be settled by the Dubai courts. The arbitration shall be conducted by three arbitrators. All aspects of the arbitration shall be treated as confidential. The arbitration panel shall have no power to award damages inconsistent with the limitation of liability provisions.
Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in English language, which will prevail on the Arabic and any other translation thereof.
If one or more provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be declared invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, this will be severable and will not affect the validity or execution of the Terms and Conditions in their entirety or in any other clause or provision.
The Company’s delay or failure to exercise a right or act on a breach of these terms and conditions does not waive the right to do so in the future.
